TronText AI ("we," "us") is a service of Tron Technology Corporation, a Utah corporation. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information at trontext.ai and through our services.
Information we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, company, email, mobile number, team size).
- Lead data our customers upload to the service, which we process on their behalf.
- Message content and delivery data needed to run SMS conversations.
- Basic usage and device data (such as IP address and browser type).
How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the service.
- To answer your requests, schedule demos and send updates you've agreed to.
- To keep the service compliant and secure and to prevent abuse.
SMS / mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us deliver messages (for example, messaging and carrier providers) only as needed to provide the service.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.
Security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
